2016.4.14の熊本地震から9年になります。
この機会に地震・火事に対するマニュアルを復習し、機器の固定をお願いします。
非常時にあなたが発生研の建物内にいた場合、あなたに全てがかかっています。初期消火、救護、消防／救急への連絡、館内放送での退去呼びかけ、などの対応をお願いします。 そして、このアドレス を使って全員に（建物外にいるメンバーにも）状況を知らせてください。
このアドレスは、熊本地震の際に刻一刻と変わっていく状況を迅速に共有できなかった反省から作られたもので、発生研の方は誰でも全員に向けて発信できます（センター事務にも届きます）。あなたのアドレスも登録されていますので、平時にも気軽にご利用ください（発生研セミナーのお知らせにも使われています）。それが非常時に生きます。
しかしこのアドレスは、熊大黒髪キャンパスのサーバーが損傷や停電で停止すると全く使えません。その場合には研究支援会議のメンバー間で連絡を取れるようにしてあります（アクセス権はメンバー限定）。ラボ内はLine, Slack, Googleなど熊大のサーバーに頼らない連絡方法があると思いますので、研究支援会議のメンバーに連絡して、ラボ及び全所で情報を共有ください。

Dear all,
It has been nine years since the Kumamoto Earthquakes in 2016.
Always be prepared for earthquakes and/or fires. Please read the manuals in the following URL.
If you are in the IMEG building at the time of an emergency, you should take care of everything, including initial fire fighting, rescue of the injured, emergency calls, and evacuation announcement for the remaining members in the building. Also mail to this address, so that you can share the information with all the IMEG members.
This mail address was created because we could not share the ever-changing situation when Kumamoto earthquakes occurred. You can send your message to all IMEG members (including the administration office). So please feel free to use it even in normal times (it will be useful in emergencies).
However, this address will not work if the server at the Kurokami campus of Kumamoto University is damaged or stopped due to a power failure. In such a case, we will share information through the members of the Research Support Committee (access rights limited to members only). Please contact the committee members to share information with other members in the lab and institute, as you should have communication methods in the labs such as Line, Slack, Google, etc. that do not rely on the Kumamoto University server.
